如题，防火墙选项只有nftable和iptable，但是都会和passwall打架导致代理不通，同时tailscale端口可能被passwall代理，只能通过tailscale up --netfilter off设置，希望增加这一选项

解决：新建 scripts/ 目录，将 8 个脚本文件移入。

近期在文档平台/doc-ocr-pipeline 链路联调中，发现文档处理状态机存在两类稳定复现的问题：
1. 错误重试语义不完整：详情页只有“重试章节提取”按钮，但实际上状态机任一节点失败后，都需要统一重试入口。
2. 处理链路推进/超时治理不完整：
- pending_outline 可能因为存在遗留 running run 被短路，看起来像 tick 没执行。
