目前的云同步(WebDAV / S3 / LAN)只支持按固定时间间隔自动同步(默认关闭,开启后默认每 30 分钟,可设 5–720 分钟),缺少事件触发式的自动同步。希望增加可选的、由具体事件触发的同步开关,尤其是「阅读进度变化」的同步。
