问题1：切换模型时整块趋势区刷新
SiteTrendsTab 的 loading 会把整个趋势区（概要卡 + 两图 + 执行记录）换成 spinner，切模型时整块闪一下，体验差。 → 仅首次加载显示 spinner，之后切模型/时间范围时内容原地更新。
