현재 getToken()은 localStorage에 직접 접근하고 있습니다. 현재 구조에서는 문제가 없지만, 향후 서버 컴포넌트에서 fetchClient를 사용할 경우 SSR 환경에서 localStorage 접근
에러가 발생할 수 있습니다. 따라서 SSR 환경에서도 fetchClient를 사용할 수 있도록 토큰 유틸을 개선합니다.
