編輯上架中（已發布）的問卷時，頁面卡在「正在開啟問卷分析工作台…」白屏，無法進入資訊編輯模式。
重現步驟
1. 進入 /dashboard，找一個 status === published 的問卷
2. 點「編輯」（會帶 ?edit=1 進入 /dashboard/surveys/[id]?edit=1）
3. 頁面卡在「正在開啟問卷分析工作台…」，永遠不顯示編輯介面
