[改善]ヘッダーエリア全体をviewエリアよりも上階層にくるようにする。 今はviewのほうが上に来るらしくツールチップなどが隠れる。 また履歴ボタンを押したときに、viewエリアが消える。
難しいことは考えずにz-indexの調整ができればいいと思う。 プルダウンやtooltipは挿入先をbody（portal的な機能）を検討すればいいと思う。
