현재 WatchlistToggle 컴포넌트에서 관심종목을 서버에 추가하거나 삭제할 때, 해당 API 요청을 기다린 뒤 refreshServerWatchlistSnapshot을 통해 전체 리스트를 한 번 더 불러오고
