如图所示，当客户发送的消息类型当前暂不支持查看时，系统会在聊天窗口中用占位文本展示，例如 [聊天记录]、[红包] 等。
这类占位文本只适合作为前端展示提示，不应作为真实用户消息内容传入 AI 话术推荐上下文。否则 AI 会把无法识别的占位消息当成客户真实诉求，生成不相关或误导性的推荐话术。
截图中的现象：
