ginkgo engine run 标记为 deprecated，建议使用 backtest run，但仍保留在 CLI 中。
复现步骤
ginkgo engine run engine_id --dry-run
实际行为
1. 显示 deprecated 警告
2. Dry-run 验证失败，但错误信息为空
3. 实际运行也失败，UTF-8 编码乱码
