从 webdav 恢复秘钥的时候，把新机器上面的已有的秘钥覆盖了
期望的行为 1、在我新机器上面，秘钥是好的，不要每次恢复 webdav 的时候，把原本新机器上面的 webdav 给变成不能用了 2、或者 webdav 的时候，不要备份秘钥信息，进行恢复，不要覆盖新机器的秘钥
