造假就是造假，不管理由多么冠冕堂皇。
简单看了一下数据：新增 Stargazer 中超过 95% 的账号注册不到两周。这些账号的共同特征是：用户名格式高度统一，像是同一个脚本生成的。
说白了就是花钱买来的虚假繁荣。
我的要求很简单：
1. 联系 GitHub 官方配合排查
