当前 splitter 主链路已经切换为 candidate_boundary + noop，旧的 percentile semantic chunker
不再参与解析流程，也不再有对应外部配置项。仓库中仍残留旧实现、兼容构造入口和只服务旧实现的测试，容易让团队误判当前可用配置和实际运行路径。
