問題
bridge/server.js で app.post( /execute , ...) が2箇所登録されています。Express は最初に登録されたハンドラ（簡易版）のみを実行するため、後段にある「プラグイン未接続時に 503
を返すガード」と「操作ログ出力」を備えた本来のハンドラがデッドコードになっていました。
修正
先に登録される簡易ハンドラ（旧版）を削除し、503 ガード付きの正しいハンドラを有効化しました。/execute ...
