代碼淨化(只減不改)
掃描全專案後,移除 etf_profile_fetcher.py 中定義後全專案零引用的死碼常數 THEME_TAGS(圖鑑主題改由資料動態產生)。該常數先前因編輯殘留成重複三段,本次整塊乾淨移除。
