反向转换（MD - PPTX）时，所有图片都对应到 images 目录的第一张图片。
原因
- forward 转换时 extract_images_from_slide() 生成文件名（如 \slide_01_img_02.png\），但该文件名未存入 shape metadata
- reverse 转换时 _add_image_shape() 只能按扩展名在目录中搜索，总是命中第一张匹配的图片 ...
