此前系统「登录」是装饰性的:前端有登录墙但 api.ts 从不发 token,后端 40+ 路由几乎零鉴权 —— 任何知道 API 地址的人直连即可绕过整个登录墙增删改数据。本 PR 把鉴权真正落到 API 层,并补齐公网暴露所需的限流 /
