問題
order_status_updater が list_by_date(today_jst) で「配送日=今日」の受注しか取得していなかったため、配送日が今日以外の受注はステータス遷移（受注済み→配送中→完了）が一切発生しなかった。
結果、273件の受注が「受注済み」のまま停止していた。
原因
配送日（到着予定日）は届く日であって出発日ではない。受注確定から配送中への遷移は配送日に関係なく発生すべき。 ...
