阶段 10（GUI 文件选择与输出目录）已完成。参数面板现在有了实际的交互组件，不再是占位文字。
解决的 3 个关键问题
1. 用户无法选择输入文件
之前的 GUI 只有一个空白的参数面板，用户无法选择要转换的 PPT 文件。
解决：新增 _build_file_row() 方法，包含：
