Creating UM ancillaries for OM3 0.25 mask

The ancillary suite u-cx958 creates a land fraction file by interpolating the MOM mask using ESMF derived weights and truncating below 0.01. This is not quite identical to the land fraction from the mediator /scratch/tm70/kr4383/quarter_degree_land_frac.nc (also truncated at 0.01).

Used the mediator land fraction instead.

Files copied to /g/data/tm70/mrd599/ancil/n96e_mom025_om3.

River sequence file adjusted to remove blocked outflow points in the Caspian Sea and also some others that had a very high land fraction. Corrected file is qrparm.rivseq, c.f. qrparm.rivseq.original.

The create_landfrac task creates share/data/landfrac.nc. This file can be replaced by the land fraction from the mediator. The variable name doesn't matter but it must have the correct um_stash_source attribute

Assuming variable is called landfrac, add the attribute with

ncatted -a um_stash_source,landfrac,c,c,m01s00i505 file1.nc file2.nc

If this file is created outside the suite the cosima_tools_setup, create_unmasked_weights and create_landfrac steps can be skipped.
