Turn off effect on Save button if there is nothing to save

Describe the feature

I wish for the Turn-Off effect for the Save button in quick tools if there is nothing to save. The button should not trigger (untriggerable) and be "turned off" (visive effect), while triggerable if there is somerhing new to save.

When there is nothing to save it doesn't even fire that.
Btw there is already a yellow dot thing when there are changes to save on that button, so there is no need of more visual things.
