Cursor Options for the Editor too

I wish to have some options regarding the cursor. However I found out they were already there. Just.. onlu for the Terminal and nothing for the Editor. Which are these:

I wish the app added these for the Editor too.

there is no need of this, as editor uses ime things so cursor style is not effective here, cursor blink already there.

there is no point of cursor inactive style for editor
