Document the canonical agentforge explain-context workflow and prepare the next Genesis release once Sprint 7 is complete.

Scope:

• user-facing CLI documentation and examples
• explanation of the report output and validation relationship
• known MVP limitations and deferred capabilities
• changelog and release preparation for the next Genesis milestone

Acceptance criteria:

• docs explain how to run explain-context on the current repo and another project path
• docs state how explanation differs from validation
• release notes/changelog are prepared for the Sprint 7 milestone
• the next Genesis release tag is ready once implementation lands
