There's currently no way to test whether the mod actually works on NeoForge, as the project is using custom NeoForge Headers to avoid compiler overhead and save on disk space.
Creating a simple Gradle plugin that'd build the project and put its jar file into an ATLauncher instance would even be enough.
However, running Minecraft after adding mods into it automatically would be a quite nice feature, too.
