Garbled UI on LSF website for narrow screens

Two separate UI problems:

1) The "devcontainer-fluid" field incorrectly wraps on top of the "entries per page" dropdown when the window is narrowed:

2) Occasionally, when the Form Search dropdown is expanded, the Limit Form Status and Limit Form Type checklists wrap on top (sometimes below) of the sorting options:

For the 2nd problem, it seems to happen after a fresh start; after navigating the website for a while, the wrapping problem went away.

For the second problem, it seems the height of the Form Search dropdown is computed on page load rather than dynamically. So, when the page loads in landscape (aka a wide window), the height is set to accommodate the checkboxes and dropdowns side by side. If the window is narrowed, the browser places the checkboxes below the dropdowns, but the height of the Form Search dropdown remains the same, causing the checkboxes to overlap with whatever is below.

If you reload the page, it fixes it, and a user would only encounter this when their window gets narrowed (such as going from landscape mode to portrait on a tablet).
