Run/Calculate and Ranking Freeze

Customer P0 UX fix — visualizer behaviour only.

Scope:

• Backtest runs only on explicit Run/Calculate — not on every param blur
• Ranking does not update until the submitted run completes
• Works for composable and legacy strategies
• fix graph zoom pls

Out of scope:

• New dashboard features
• Optimizer logic (Composable Strategies + Optimizer Best Params in Dashboard #113)

Definition of Done:

• Calculate/Run button per strategy card (or equivalent explicit action)
• No auto-run on blur/change
• Ranking frozen while params edited until run completes
• Manual smoke test documented
