What to build

Establish a project management workflow that allows the frontend team to pick, execute, and review tickets consistently. This slice delivers a working GitHub Project board structure, clear status columns, triage conventions, and a lightweight Definition of Done so tickets are actionable for a student team.

Acceptance criteria

• A GitHub Project is created with agreed columns for intake, ready, in progress, review, blocked, done
• A label taxonomy is defined and applied to at least 10 existing or seed tickets
• Ticket template includes objective, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and testing notes
• Team can run one planning pass and one triage pass using the workflow
