Create a grouped learning slice for React foundations applied directly to real product tasks. The team completes short guided tasks on components, props, state, effects, routing, and form handling while shipping one small feature to avoid theory-only learning.

Acceptance criteria

• Learning objectives for React basics are documented in the ticket
• One small production feature is shipped using the targeted React concepts
• Team captures short notes on pitfalls and agreed patterns
• At least one peer walkthrough is completed for knowledge sharing
