Describe the bug
If you use more than one material - it will overwrite the hkls with the same name. For two FCC materials this means you effectively only save the last set of data.
To Reproduce
Provide a minimal pipeline configuration in which the bug appears:
pipeline: /nfs/chess/aux/cycles/current/id1a3/thom-levy-4181-b/reduced_data/mapscan-fullcoin-1504-1
Expected behavior
Either need to
a) move to a format with two materials and all their responses (should be alerted to the group if this is the case because many workflows will break, but most would be fine with this as a long term fix)
or
b) append a suffix to the hkls with their material name in the same relational structure we currently have - may also break some workflows but in a different way
