Gett "Missing Access" Error when trying to pull from Discord Server

Followed the instructions to get the bot token and the Server ID and insert them into the config.toml file.
Made sure to add the Outh2 scope of bot and under bot add the manage roles permission (tried Adminstrator as well)

Added the bot to the server, then when I try to run the program and do a pull from discord, I get the follow

Did you add the bot again when you selected the administrator role? Are you sure you copied the Guild ID from the server icon and not a channel / user ID?

I acctually have no clue at this point, It was a long time ago I did anything with this project, and that is a discord side error. I did not add any more extensive logging so this will be quite hard to debug unless you acctually just did something wrong.

If you want you are absolutely free to fork this project and work on it how you want, but I will say that the quality is not my proudest work but probably managable.

I did add the bot again after changing the permissions. Unfortunately I do not have the skills to try and re engineer this, but I appreciate you responding.
