Un-track unreleased FUTURE / planning specs from the public surface

Unreleased planning specs (*-FUTURE) and roadmap checklists are public but duplicate the private project boards / this milestone. Move them out of the public tree (keep local; git history retains).

• Decision pending: un-track both *-FUTURE specs + all roadmap checklists, or only the *-FUTURE set.
• Use git rm --cached + .gitignore (content stays local).

Closing statement. Delivered in fccb268, shipped in v1.5.3. All unreleased FUTURE/planning specs are un-tracked from the public tree — distributed artifacts never carry planning documents.

Where the roadmap lives now: GitHub milestones (currently v1.5.4 and npm go-live (deferred)) + the repo project board. Forward work that depends on an unshipped substrate contract is anchored to a public pgCK issue (e.g. #6 ↔ styk-tv/pgCK#1) rather than a local document, so the gate is visible to every consumer.
