Plenary.nvim is getting deprecated

Currently we use plenary for filetype, curl and async libraries. Filetype is easily droppable, curl possibly can be rewritten with built in neovim job stuff and some manual stuff, but its not ideal and async will need to wait for proper async api in neovim (its planned from what i've seen on neovim issue tracker). So for now I think trying to get rid of plenary is very hard, but also its fine if its not updated, it rarely was updated before too anyway so we can have dependency on archived plugin for a while
