[FEAT] Implement showing questions when phone unlocked

Make research on how to implement this. Finally, implement it.

What is needed to be done

• Make research: which app components are needed, how to show question overlay, which permissions are needed, are there any problems with components lifecycle (will OS kill those components, how to recover them after destruction).
• Implement the feature (extend after research)
