feat: add DevCard customisation themes (colours, fonts, layouts)

Feature Request

All DevCards currently look identical. Allowing users to personalise their card theme would increase engagement and brand differentiation.

Proposed Features

• Pre-built theme library: minimal, dark, neon, pastel, professional
• Custom accent colour picker
• Font selection (2-3 font pairs)
• Layout variants: compact (single column) vs expanded (two-column)
• Live preview before saving

Backend

Store theme config as JSON in the user profile: theme: { name, accent_color, font, layout }
