Why this ticket

• CI today validates only 2 of 15 templates (agreement_analysis, log_monitor)
• No examples/DEMO.md — sales/internal [Feature] Ship LLM Auto-Correction & Goal Validation Loops #1 demo script has no canonical OSS doc
• docs/GOALS.md exists locally but is not on public main — blocks closing [P0][Phase 1][Docs] Goal vs node criteria, audit auto-correction, improvement gaps #10

Scope

1. CI — validate all templates

Update .github/workflows/ci.yml:

• Loop or matrix over every folder under examples/templates/ that has agent.py
• Include supervisors (supervisors/legal, etc.) and supervised_agreement_analysis
• Fail PR if any template fails ./engine validate
• Keep runtime reasonable (<10 min job)

2. examples/DEMO.md

• 5-minute demo script per Tier-1 client agent:
• log_monitor (mock tick)
• agreement_analysis (TUI or serve HITL)
• support_triage
• invoice_review
• Copy-paste commands; note which need --allow-mock vs live keys
• Link from root README

3. Publish docs/GOALS.md

• Add docs/GOALS.md to public repo (content from [P0][Phase 1][Docs] Goal vs node criteria, audit auto-correction, improvement gaps #10 spec — goal vs node vs graph loop vs HITL)
• Link from README Section Documentation
• Close [P0][Phase 1][Docs] Goal vs node criteria, audit auto-correction, improvement gaps #10 when merged

4. Template README polish (light)

• Ensure each Tier-1 template README has Run + Validate one-liners (support_triage / invoice_review are thin today)

• At least 3 commits worth of visible OSS polish
