Bug description
On my minecraft servers (paper 1.21.11 and paper 26.1.2) not able to drink milk buckets. disabling the work restore the normal behavior.
on 1.21.11 i noticed drinking while holding it in offhand works. but on newer version I tried both it just doesn't work. Toggling the milk bucket easter eggs feature don't help at all.
Steps to reproduce
just try to drink the milk bucket.
Expected behaviour
Players should be able to drink the milk bucket normally.
Actual behaviour
The drinking animation would happen and stop, but player actaully never drinks the milk bucket.
