Action Performed:

Preconditions: 2 users log in 2 browsers, Chrome and Edge

  1. Open the user on Edge -> enter some chat in the 1:1
  2. Open the user on Chrome -> enter some chat in the 1:1 same chat

Expected Result:

Edge browser displays the notification ( I tried with Chrome, Firefox, Brave, which display the notification)

Actual Result:

Edge browser doesn't display the notification only sound

Workaround:
