Infinite shotgun reload loop on server, revolver causing crashes and being generally unresponsive

currently running a 21.1.228 server with a LOT of mods i found the following issues.

shotgun loops the reload animation infinitely until it is scrolled off, can then be used normally until reload. notably not reproducable in singleplayer

pistol is not responsive to inputs half the time both on server and singleplayer. in an attempt to fix this, downgrading from the latest release causes a crash on firing/weilding/aiming. bug reproduced on a superflat singleplayer world

same issue here, but with the flintlock. it reloads infinitely until scrolled away.

in a heavily modded neoforge 1.21.1 server with about 130 mods
