Delete an account from the service

As an admin
I need to be able to delete an account
So that we don't have redundant or unused account in the system

Details and Assumptions

* I need to be able to delete accounts that are no more active or need in the system  

Acceptance Criteria

Given that an account is no more active or needed
When i am logged in as an admin
Then i should be able to delete the accounts
