As a Patient I want to log in and view a list of my active and past prescriptions So that I know exactly what medications I have been prescribed without losing physical paper.

Patient dashboard includes a "My Records" section retrieving documents from MongoDB.
Patient cannot edit or delete these records (Read-Only access).
