Add an "idea box" app

Add an app letting people add ideas and let other vote for them. And having discussion around the ideas, and turn it into a project when needed, keeping trace of the base idea while managing the project.

Nice idea! But shouldn't it live in its own server instance, like the already existing tool Fider ( https://github.com/getfider/fider ) provides?

Or maybe analyzing the code repo will inspire you to replicate something similar. ;)
