Program for User Editing of INI Files

The purpose would be to allow for user configuration of items such as

1. Spindle gear ratio
2. distance / 360 for linear slides

Data used for these calculations are:

1. microsteps setting on drivers (default to 32)
2. leadscrew pitch
3. leadscrew starts
4. gearing ratio
5. metric or imperial

Also, consider allowing editing of PID data.
