The rcl_get_node_names function appears not to have been exposed in rclnodejs. Maybe there was some reason for this.
I've tried my best to implement it in #554 but the tests are failing on osx (I think). I have no mac to test on, so I'm opening this issue for tracking in case I'm unable to fix these tests and it needs to be re-implemented.
