Title:
As a patient, I want to log in and book a one-hour appointment with a doctor, so that I can receive medical consultation.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. Patient can select a doctor.
2. Patient can choose an available one-hour time slot.
3. Appointment is confirmed successfully.

Notes:

• Booking should prevent double-booking of the same time slot.
