Title:
As a patient, I want to view a list of doctors without logging in, so that I can explore available doctors before registering.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. Patients can view the doctor list without logging in.
2. Doctor names and specialties are displayed.
3. No appointment booking is allowed without login.
