[FEATURE] Animated Progress Bar Component

Problem

EaseMotion CSS currently lacks reusable animated progress bar components for dashboards, uploads, onboarding flows, and analytics interfaces.

Developers often manually create progress indicators with custom animations and transitions, leading to repetitive frontend work.

Proposed Solution

Create responsive animated progress bar components using pure HTML and CSS.

Possible features:

• animated fill effects
• gradient progress styling
• percentage indicators
• responsive layouts
• smooth transitions

Benefits

• Useful for dashboards and upload interfaces
• Reusable feedback UI pattern
• Enhances animation-focused interfaces
