[PBI] Create dashboard table component

Description & Context

This component have to display top 5 LAN and WAN hosts in the Dashboard page.

Improves US-013: Historical Traffic Statistics Storage (#97)
Implements part of US-006: Specific IP Traffic Analysis (#96)

Acceptance Criteria

Scenario 1: User sees the table

Given user is on the MUI and WS connection is established

• Then the user can see two tables (Top LAN hosts and Top WAN hosts) on the Dashboard page

Scenario 1: User filters data

Given user is on the MUI and WS connection is established
When user clicks on the table column's header

• Then the sorting by this column is applied
