The customizable block shape addon doesn't work

Description

I was trying out the customizable block shape addon, but it doesn't work,

The new Blockly version caused the bug I think.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to scratch addons
2. Enable customizable block shape
3. Select "2.0 blocks" or any type in the presets
