Design and implement the comments feature

As a user
I need a comment option on the gift detail page
So that I read others input and leave my own comments.

Details and Assumptions

* Comments are viewable to everybody, but only each owner can edit or delete theirs. 

Acceptance Criteria

 I need to be logged in as a registered user to be able to access the detail page. Moreover, my name will be displayed as the author of each comment I leave.
