Based on feedback from Angular Tabs development: TEDI-Design-System/angular#14
We need to implement the following:
- translate to ET
- subtabs in mobile should collapse to dropdown
- tabs row should have top-left and top-right borders radii set
- fix invalid focus ring variable (--borders-02 -> --tedi-borders-02)
