[InfoButton]: add examples to storybook

Add usage examples with tooltip and popover, use same example as in Angular.
Also clean up visible args/controls in storybook as most of them arent even usable nor have any effect on the infobutton anyway

Another issue found: inverted + dark combination has wrong outline color on focus state. Should be white but is actually black. Check neutral button styles also
